Should the Cleveland Browns cut Shedeur Sanders?
That's what Eric Dickerson wants them to do.
The legendary NFL running back spoke with TMZ Sports recently and more or less trashed the Browns organization.
Of the Browns, Dickerson told TMZ, "They're horrible."

His take was essentially that he just wishes the young quarterback had been drafted by a different team.
"I hate to see him there," Dickerson told TMZ. "I wish they would have cut him. Let him have an opportunity to go to a better football team."
Dickerson added, "I don't think the coach wanted him. They should have fired (Kevin Stefanski), too."
Why does Dickerson care? "I'm a Shedeur fan. I'm a Deion Sanders fan."
Through three regular season games, Sanders has been QB3 for Cleveland. That means on gamedays, he's the emergency quarterback, only able to play if Joe Flacco and Dillon Gabriel were to both get hurt.

It doesn't seem that likely that Sanders would've climbed much higher elsewhere so early in his career. He likely could've been a No. 2 QB with at least a few other teams if he put together a strong preseason.
Dickerson doesn't nail his point totally, though. Sanders was the 144th pick. Every team had a chance to take him.
The Browns were the ones that wanted Sanders just enough to mercifully end his draft free fall, trading up to get him even though they had just drafted Gabriel in the third round.
If anything, that says at least some people in Cleveland are real fans of Sanders. And that didn't appear to be the case everywhere.
