Rumors continue to swirl about the future of Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski, and none of them are positive for his chances of keeping the job.

The latest comes from NFL insider Jordan Schultz, who is hearing from sources that Stefanski is "on the hottest seat in the organization" and the expectation is the team will part ways with him after this season.

Schultz is hearing the possible outcomes are Stefanski simply getting let go or being traded, although he adds that a trade is "considered unlikely."

"Sources: The league-wide expectation is that the Browns are likely to make changes, and two-time NFL Coach of the Year Kevin Stefanski is believed to be on the hottest seat in the organization. Sources believe he’s either getting let go or could be a trade candidate — though the latter is considered unlikely," Schultz reported.

This is just the latest smoke to the fire that Stefanski isn't staying in Cleveland.

Earlier in the day, The Athletic's Dianna Russini reported that the Browns are "leaning toward" cutting Stefanski loose.

"The Cleveland Browns have done some background work to gather information on potential head-coaching options and are leaning toward moving on from two-time Coach of the Year Kevin Stefanski," Russini reported.

Russini went on to add that general manager Andrew Berry is expected to be safe after his impressive 2025 draft class.

If Stefanski is indeed let go, there should be plenty of teams interested in the two-time Coach of the Year.

Three teams that come to mind are the New York Giants and Tennessee Titans, two teams that already have a head-coach vacancy, and the Las Vegas Raiders, who are expected to part ways with Pete Carroll.

All three teams could use an offensive-minded head coach with experience and Stefanski certainly fits the bill.
