The Cleveland Browns are dealing with an injury concern regarding quarterback Dillon Gabriel during the third quarter of their Week 11 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.

Gabriel left the game against the Ravens during the third quarter for evaluation of a head injury and has been succeeded by fellow rookie Shedeur Sanders, who is now making his NFL debut, having not played since the preseason.
