Harold Fannin Jr. is already taking the NFL by storm.
The Cleveland Browns' third-round rookie tight end out of Bowling Green looks like a potential star through two weeks, and ESPN's Ben Solak took it a step further by finding a way that Fannin compares to Kansas City Chiefs legend Travis Kelce.
Solak found a clip of the Browns' Week 2 game against the Baltimore Ravens in which Fannin ran a route that ended with him having to settle into space, much like Kelce does all the time for the Chiefs.

Look at Fannin elevate, plucks, then protects the catch point. Really like how he addresses the football. pic.twitter.com/MWcd0pCERf

The Browns have given Fannin a full plate in the early going. He's aligned at essentially every spot in the formation, including in the backfield.
Fannin hasn't taken playing time away from TE1 David Njoku because the Browns don't use Fannin like a traditional tight end. They use him like a versatile chess piece who can create mismatches.
In his final college season, Fannin set FBS records for catches and receiving yards by a tight end. Production-wise, he was a historic player at BGSU.
And now he's trying to make his mark in the NFL. It's just been two weeks, but so far, so good.
