The Cleveland Browns officially have signed their final rookie draft pick. It only took until the day before the regular season gets underway for Cleveland, with a matchup on deck against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

But first, the business on Saturday: The Browns have signed second-round pick Quinshon Judkins to his rookie contract, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The rookie deal for Judkins is for four years and $11.4 million.

All 2025 draft picks have now signed.

Judkins' contract was delayed due to off-field trouble.

On July 12, Judkins was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence and battery charge.

On August 14, Florida prosecutors declined to file formal charges.

The NFL is still conducting its own investigation into Judkins under its personal conduct policy.

Cleveland didn't wait for the NFL's final verdict to get the contract signed.

The RB depth chart for the Browns is now a bit more crowded.

Cleveland returned last year's leading rusher, Jerome Ford, and he's set to see work again this season.

Then in the draft, the Browns took Judkins in the second round out of Ohio State and Dylan Sampson in the fourth round out of Tennessee. They were two of college football's top RBs last season.

Judkins isn't likely ready to suit up Week 1, so Ford and Sampson should split work in the early going.

But once Judkins is back, this could shake out any number of ways. It's a tough one to predict, especially when considering Judkins could still get a punishment from the NFL.

For now, all that's known is that Judkins has signed his contract, and there's still more to figure out as far as how this all shakes out.
