Myles Garrett might be the best defensive player in the NFL.

No one knows that better than Joe Burrow.

The pair of superstars will meet again Sunday, when the Week 1 opener for the league's two Ohio teams pits the Cleveland Browns against the Cincinnati Bengals right off the bat.

Garrett gets after Burrow like nobody else.

Entering Sunday, Garrett has sacked Burrow 10 times in eight games against him (and had 20 total QB hits). Those 10 sacks are the most anyone has brought down Burrow, according to ESPN.

"Sometimes he's back there before you can catch the ball, basically, and you have to get it out," Burrow said, via ESPN's Ben Baby.

This will be Garrett's first regular season game for the Browns since his eventful offseason.

Garrett wanted a new contract, and when it didn't seem forthcoming, he requested a trade.

Eventually, the Browns gave Garrett a four-year, $160 million contract that was record-setting at the time, even if T.J. Watt and Micah Parsons have gotten bigger average values since then.

Garrett will be a key for a Browns team that may be overmatched at times this season. Against a potent Bengals offense led by Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase, finding a way to disrupt what Cincy is doing will be key for Cleveland.

It's not all on Garrett's broad shoulders, of course. But he's the highly paid leader.

If Garrett can bring down Burrow a few times, maybe the Browns can hang around against their in-state rival on Sunday.
