Browns insider believes wholesale changes are coming to Cleveland this offseason image

The Cleveland Browns came so close to their third win of the season on Sunday, before blowing a fourth-quarter lead over the division rival Baltimore Ravens.

Shedeur Sanders saw his first-ever NFL action, entering the game for a concussed Dillon Gabriel, but it wasn't enough to spark the Browns to a victory.

In the wake of the heartbreaking defeat, Cleveland is ready for wholesale changes at the top of the organization, and one insider predicted that is exactly what's going to happen.

Tony Grossi predicts Browns will clean house at season's end

Insider Tony Grossi predicted on ESPN Cleveland Monday morning that the Browns will move on from general manager Andrew Berry and head coach Kevin Stefanski, and even named a potential head coaching candidate.

Tony Rizzo asked Grossi if he thought that Sunday's loss was the nail in the coffin for the Browns' brass.

"I do," he responded.

"I think Jim Schwartz deserves to be a candidate for head coach...and I think he should be considered in the pool of candidates. You can't let him leave the building after you let (Mike) Vrabel leave the building."

While some Browns fans may not want to hear about a candidate that's already in the building, there is something to be said about keeping the mastermind of Cleveland's top defense.

Regardless, there should be some major changes coming to the Browns in 2026, and with all of the dysfunction and issues they've faced this season, a breath of fresh air is needed in Ohio.
