Does Joe Burrow want out of Cincinnati? Viral fake post confuses Bengals fans over QB's 'cryptic message' image

Joe Burrow isn't exactly lowering the stress levels of Cincinnati Bengals fans.

This week, Burrow was asked whether he thinks about being a quarterback somewhere other than Cincy in his future.

His answer? "I think about a lot of things."

He had actually already said that earlier in the press conference, in a similar usage, so it's clear Burrow might both be in his head but also trying not to give away what he's thinking.

It's allowed content creators on social media to try and take advantage of the uncertainty, too, including in a fake post that's going viral.

Does Joe Burrow want out of Cincinnati?

No, as far as anyone knows, Burrow doesn't want out of Cincinnati.

He did say in his presser this week that he envisions himself as the Bengals QB in 2026.

This fake viral post, from an account with "satire" in its bio, has some fans worried:

That's not actually something Burrow posted on his Instagram. No legitimate reporters have shared such news.

It's just a chance to try and get engagement from Burrow's cryptic messaging, and some fans have fallen for it.

Burrow doesn't appear thrilled with life at the moment, but he doesn't appear to be running from Cincy, either.
