The Cincinnati Bengals fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers, 34-12. It was a brutal loss for the Bengals, as at 3-7, they're now in danger of missing the playoffs.

Paul Dehner Jr. Of The Athletic got Chase's response to this accusation from Ramsey. Chase denied ever spitting on the Steelers' defensive back.

Based on a video replay, there is some indication that Chase spit on Ramsey, but it's hard to tell for sure whether he did spit on the Steelers' defensive back.
This would not be the first time that a player was spat on this season. In Week 1, on the second play of the season, Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter spat on Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.

The officials saw the spitting incident from Carter, but didn't see Chase spit if he did. While Ramsey is accusing Chase of spitting on him, Chase is denying that accusation.
Chase was bottled up all day, recording just three catches for 30 yards on 10 targets. If he did spit on Ramsey near the end of the game, it being out of frustration wouldn't be surprising.
For now, Chase is denying the accusation from Ramsey that he spat on him. Ramsey retaliated to the alleged spitting with a punch, leading to his ejection during the Steelers' 34-12 victory over the Bengals.
