The Cincinnati Bengals, after losing to the Baltimore Ravens 24-0 in a brutal Week 15 matchup, are now officially eliminated from playoff contention and sit with a 4-10 record.

Unsurprisingly, with such a brutal season in the works, the vibes surrounding the team are not great. Joe Burrow is struggling, and Ja'Marr Chase is also making some bold comments.

After the brutal Week 15 loss, Jaron May of WLWT in Cincinnati shared a response from Chase when he was asked about potential changes within the organization. While Chase was receptive to any such changes, he knew he could not make those changes himself.

"If I had a say so it would probably be something, but I don't know what I can do," Chase said of changes the Bengals could make.

With this loss to the Ravens ending their 2025 playoff hopes and facing an uncertain future, it's no wonder that these types of questions are being asked.

The Bengals have gone through it this season, and now, officially eliminated from playoff contention, the 2026 season can become the primary focus of the organization.

Change needs to be made by then. This roster cannot be run back with, and the same could be said for the coaching staff. While Zac Taylor's job status is unknown, the Bengals must make some alterations to the organization before next season.

Burrow's comments were concerning last week, as his future in the NFL and with the Bengals became cloudy. While those comments were downplayed in the days since, it's hard to ignore them after such a brutal loss.

The 4-10 Bengals need to make some changes soon, whether it's to close out the regular season or this offseason. Chase is calling for change, and while he cannot directly make some changes, he could leverage his influence and help spark change.
