Jaylon Johnson injury update: Latest news on Bears CB's status in Week 2 game image

The Chicago Bears have an injury concern with cornerback Jaylon Johnson in the first half of the Week 2 game against the Detroit Lions.

Johnson, who is making his debut in Week 2 after not playing last week due to calf and groin injuries, was a full participant in practice all week and did not carry a designation into Sunday.

However, Johnson was clearly shaken up on a play in the second quarter and stayed down on the field for some time while the trainers tended to him.

Here's what we know so far about the cornerback's injury.

UPDATE: Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports that Johnson is headed to the locker room after getting hurt.

We still don't have an official update from the team yet, but Johnson stayed on the ground and laid on his stomach after sustaining his injury.
