For the second straight week, Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift has drawn the questionable tag due to injury.
Swift made his first appearance on the injury report last week with a quadriceps issue, but despite three limited practices and the questionable tag, Swift played.
In Week 4, Swift is listed with a hip issue and he once again only turned in limited practices throughout the week before ending up with the questionable designation.
Here's what we know about his status for Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Is D'Andre Swift playing today?
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Swift is indeed expected to suit up against the Raiders despite his questionable tag.
"Bears RB D’Andre Swift (hip) is expected to play on Sunday, sources say, while TE Colston Loveland (hip) is more of a long-shot. He’ll work out, but chances are Loveland won’t go," Rapoport wrote on X.
D'Andre Swift start or sit advice
Swift is off to a tough start in 2025, with the Bears running back ranking as RB23 overall. However, that still puts him on the flex radar on a weekly basis.
The Raiders are giving up the 12th-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs this season, but we still feel comfortable starting Swift given his workload (17 touches per game).
Consider Swift a volume-based flex option with upside for Week 4.
