Luther Burden III is keeping busy heading into his NFL regular season debut on Monday night for the Chicago Bears against the Minnesota Vikings.
He just keeps changing his jersey number.
The second-round pick from Missouri began the summer in No. 87.
It's fair, in this era of numbers in the single digits and 'teens, that Burden didn't want to stick with that.
So when he got the chance, he changed to No. 13.
Except Burden hasn't stuck with that.
This week, Burden opted to become No. 10 for the Bears.
He'll likely have to stick with 10. There's not really any more time to mix it up, for now.

In recent Bears history, No. 10 was rocked by Mitchell Trubisky.
Burden will hope his career is a bit less rocky than that.
He was the No. 1 wide receiver in his 2022 high school recruiting class before committing to Mizzou. Burden's best Missouri season was actually his sophomore year. He went for 86 catches, 1,212 yards and seven TDs. In 2024, he had 61 catches for 676 yards and six scores.

Burden will open the season as WR3 for Chicago.
They've got veteran DJ Moore and second-year star Rome Odunze ahead of him.
That should put Burden in the perfect spot to adjust to the league and make some plays for Caleb Williams and new head coach Ben Johnson.
And unless he changes again, he'll do it with a 10 on his back.
