Caleb Williams made a statement on Monday Night Football.
The Chicago Bears' second-year QB had a message painted on his nails.
He had the suicide prevention logo and colors painted on his nails for Week 1. He also had 988 for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Williams paints his nails in large part because of his mother.
“It started, I would say, three years ago,” Williams said during a 2023 USC Athletics interview. “It was my last year of high school. My mom does nails. Let’s just start it off there. She’s done it my whole life. It’s just kind of always been around me. Nobody else does it. I just kinda like to do new things.”
He has a particular nail technician now, though, it seems.
WNBA star Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky chimed in on X to share that Williams had gone to her nail tech for his latest paint job.
Love this. My nail tech really wanted to do his nails & she KILLED it! So proud! ❣️ https://t.co/hBVYH0gQ3T

Williams started Monday's game on fire, too. He completed his first 10 passes and ran for his first-ever NFL rushing touchdown.
But a bumpy second half allowed the Vikings to comeback and win.
At least Williams' nails were on point.
