The Carolina Panthers are heading into Sunday with a record above.500 after upsetting the Green Bay Packers.
But the Panthers got some bad news on Friday in the lead up to their Week 10 matchup with the New Orleans Saints.
Rookie WR Tetairoa McMillan has popped up on the injury report. He's listed as questionable for Sunday with a hamstring injury. The report states McMillan was limited in Friday's practice, after he wasn't on the report earlier in the week, suggesting he may have been hurt on Friday.
On the one hand, the Panthers might survive just fine without McMillan. The Saints have just a single win, and the surprising 5-4 Carolina has some different ways of getting the job done.
Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker still are solid wideouts, and if anything, the Panthers can lean on Rico Dowdle and Chuba Hubbard more in the running game.

On the other hand, McMillan is a big absence. He opens up space for the other receivers because defenses already know the talent the rookie possesses.
So far this season through nine games, McMillan has 41 catches for 558 yards.
The Panthers picked him No. 8 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft to give Bryce Young a favorite target, and McMillan has delivered in that category so far.
A hamstring injury is a tricky one, and one with the potential to linger, so the Panthers will likely be careful with their rookie.
If he's active on Sunday, it likely means there isn't any major concern. But so close to kickoff, Carolina could opt to let McMillan rest this weekend after the apparently new injury.
