Man, good thing the Cowboys let Dowdle go. They couldn't use him at all right now.
The Panthers' acquisition of Dowdle has proven to be an excellent move. He was initially signed to serve as Chuba Hubbard's backup. However, when Hubbard sustained an injury for two games early in the season, Dowdle surpassed 200 scrimmage yards in each of those contests.
Since then, he's maintained most of this star turn.
During a largely difficult Week 11, he carried the ball 19 times for 45 yards, also securing five receptions for 55 yards, highlighted by a significant play.
At this point, there doesn't appear to be anything Dowdle can't do.
