The Carolina Panthers have an injury concern with offensive tackle Ikem Ekwonu in the first half of the wild-card game against the Los Angeles Rams.
Ekwonu went down with an injury after a play in the first quarter. He appeared to be grabbing at his knee, but his exact injury hasn't been confirmed. Yosh Nijman is replacing Ekwonu while he's out.

UPDATE: Ekwonu has officially been ruled out due to a knee injury.
UPDATE: Ekwonu is going back to the locker room on a cart but did give a thumbs up to the crowd, so hopefully he avoided a serious injury.
UPDATE: Ekwonu needed help getting off the field and is now heading into the medical tent for more evaluation.
