Fantasy start or sit Week 15: Rico Dowdle, Chuba Hubbard, Terry McLaurin, Devin Neal image

The time has come to make fantasy football lineup decisions on Carolina Panthers running backs Rico Dowdle and Chuba Hubbard, Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin and New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal.

Dowdle, Hubbard and Neal will all be taking part in the same game, as the Saints square off with the Panthers on Sunday.

Meanwhile, McLaurin is hitting the road to take on the New York Giants.

Here's our start or sit advice for all four players.

Rico Dowdle start or sit advice

Even with Chuba Hubbard seeing more involvement last week and finishing with 19 touches, Dowdle still tallied 20 touches, which is elite usage. There is clearly enough touches to go around to support two running backs.

In Week 15, Dowdle faces a Saints defense giving up the ninth-most fantasy points per game to running backs this season.

While we wouldn't call Dowdle the elite option he was earlier in the season, he is still a borderline RB2 play in Week 15 and should be in lineups.

Verdict: Start

Chuba Hubbard start or sit advice

Hubbard had 19 touches last week and out-performed Dowdle in rushing, receiving and total yards, and he had a better yards per carry, also. Dowdle still had one more touch than him, though.

The Panthers are going to want to continue running the rock in Week 15, especially against a bad Saints run defense.

There should be enough touches to go around for Hubbard and Dowdle to both turn in solid fantasy showings.

Verdict: Start

Devin Neal start or sit advice

With Alvin Kamara sidelined due to injury (he's out again this week), Neal has tallied a whopping 37 touches combined the last two weeks. He also had a touchdown for the first time last week.

Volume alone puts Neal on the starting radar in Week 15, but another positive for him is the fact that the Panthers are ceding the 11th-most fantasy points per game against opposing running backs.

Neal is a solid flex option for Week 15.

Verdict: Start

Terry McLaurin start or sit advice

McLaurin won't have Jayden Daniels throwing him the football this week, but the veteran wideout has managed to be productive with Marcus Mariota under center.

In the three starts Mariota has made this season in which McLaurin has been on the field and healthy, the veteran wide receiver has posted stat lines of 3/74/0 (Week 3), 3/54/1 (Week 8) and 7/96/1 (Week 13).

Add in the fact that McLaurin draws a matchup against a Giants defense giving up the fourth-most fantasy points per game to wideouts this season and you have a strong flex option in McLaurin this week.

Verdict: Start
