The Buffalo Bills are sitting pretty in the AFC. They are 3-0 while the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs are both 1-2, and will be facing off against one another in Week 4.

While the Bills are still without a loss, that doesn't mean they are without faults. The defense gave up 40 points to the Ravens in Week 1, and despite defeating the Miami Dolphins, they allowed the Dolphins to put together a 16-play drive during the game. Buffalo needs help in their secondary, specifically at safety. Luckily for Buffalo, a Super Bowl-winning safety has become available.

The Houston Texans released safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson after trading for him this past offseason.

"Texans release C.J. Gardner-Johnson after friction behind the scenes with veteran safety, criticism of teammates, complaints about his role, including wanting to blitz more frequently, and a trade request," Aaron Wilson reports.

The Bills should at least make a call to the former Eagle. Talent wise, he is better than every safety on Buffalo's roster. That said, if he was complaining and causing friction, perhaps Buffalo will view that as too much of a risk and stay away.
