Shedeur Sanders playing vs. Bills reminds of tough Shilo Sanders moment against Buffalo image

The Sanders family already has a history with the Buffalo Bills this season.

It'll be Shedeur quarterbacking the Cleveland Browns against the Bills on Sunday in Week 16.

But in the preseason, it was brother Shilo who first came up against the Bills.

And that wasn't a good day for Shilo.

It's the last NFL appearance Shilo has made to this point. He was suiting up for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, an undrafted free agent safety.

Shilo got tangled up after a play with Bills' tight end Zach Davidson, and he threw a punch.

That got Shilo ejected.

A few days later, the Bucs cut Shilo.

Since then, Deion's defensive son hasn't been signed to another NFL team, even to a practice squad. He has been attending Shedeur's games, and he very well may be there Sunday to watch the Bills play the Browns.

The odds are clearly low of Shedeur feeling any kind of specific vengeance needs to be sought out against Buffalo. Davidson isn't even with the Bills anymore.

It's just an odd little connection, the kind that pops up over the course of a long season.

The Bills, in a way, got the better of Shilo in the preseason. They'll try to do the same with Shedeur on Sunday.
