The Buffalo Bills sit as one of the two remaining unbeaten teams in the NFL alongside the Philadelphia Eagles. And while they control their destiny in the AFC, a recent quarterback change could end up doing them some favors in the conference.
The Cleveland Browns have benched Joe Flacco after four rough outings that saw the Browns start the year 1-3 and fail to score 20 points in any game. Rookie third-round quarterback Dillon Gabriel will be the new starter, starting this week against the Minnesota Vikings in London. And while that game has little worth to the Bills, Cleveland still has another divisional game against the Baltimore Ravens and two against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Any game that the Browns could steal against the potential winners of the AFC North would only make it easier for the Bills to lock up the No. 1 seed in the conference.
The Bills and Browns will square off on December 21st in Cleveland.
