Buffalo Bills veteran receiver Gabe Davis has been a solid midseason addition to Joe Brady's offense, but he has been inactive the past two games.
Ahead of Buffalo's Week 17 clash against the Philadelphia Eagles, all eyes were on the Bills in pre-game warm-ups to see if Davis would get his chance in a big game for the franchise.
The Athletic's Joe Buscaglia posted on X that Davis was participating in pre-game warmups, so that appeared to be a good sign.
And it was.
As the Bills dropped the inactive list for Week 17 against the Eagles, Davis' name wasn't on it.
So, No. 13 is good to go.

Davis a solid addition to Bills offense
Well, when he's been active.
Davis has played four games this season, and in all but one, he's had at least 20 receiving yards.
So good, but not great.
However, we know how Brady's offense rolls, and it is a "everybody eats" mantra. That means everyone gets a lick of the ice cream. So, Davis was never really a consistent big-reception getter, but he might see a couple of passes come his way against the Eagles.
His connection with Josh Allen has already been on show, and in a big game for Buffalo, against an NFC powerhouse, he might call on one of his most trusted weapons.
