It has been a tough season for Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid.
The third-year tight end was on pace to have a career year in 2025 but that was dashed after he was plagued by injuries in the latter half of the season.
Kincaid is on the field for the wild-card game against the Jacksonville Jaguars but has yet to contribute in the offense. Here's why.
Is Dalton Kincaid playing today?
UPDATE: Through one half of football, Kincaid has just one catch for six yards on two targets. That is simply unacceptable for a key playmaker and the Bills need to find a way to get him more involved.
Yes, Kincaid is active and healthy, he just hasn't gotten going yet.
Quarterback Josh Allen threw six passes on the Bills' opening drive and completed five of them, but none went to Kincaid. He did, however, receive one target.
We'll see if Kincaid can get on the stat sheet soon, but given his inconsistent production in the second half of the season, there's no telling how much he'll contribute.
