The Buffalo Bills enter Week 15 in need of a win to remain alive in the AFC East race. The New England Patriots already hold a win in the first matchup between these two teams, and at 11-2, they could clinch the division with a win today. Should the Bills want to remain alive for their sixth straight division crown, they will have to do so without one of their top defenders and top receivers.
Cornerback Christian Benford is out with a toe injury. The star cornerback is coming off a tremendous duo of games, scoring two touchdowns, picking off two passes, and recovering a fumble. The Bills' top cornerback injured his toe in practice.
"CB Christian Benford, having as good a season as he's had with plenty of splash plays, is out today vs. The Patriots," Ian Rapoport reports.
The Bills will rely heavily on Max Hairston and Tre'Davious White in Benford's absence. Drake Maye has been playing at an MVP level in 2025, so the defense will certainly have its hands full.
