The Buffalo Bills are getting set to play their final season at Highmark Stadium, the stadium they've called home since 1973. The new stadium, which is being built right across the street from the current one, is near completion and will open in 2026.

On top of it being the new home of the Bills, the new stadium has a few new quirks to help prevent mother nature from taking over games. The stadium features several canopy covers to keep fans out out the snow and rain while also making sure the precipitation makes it to the field. Team owner Terry Pegula also explained to Josh Allen during a video recorded during the two's tour of the stadium that it was engineered to keep out the wind.

The Bills had a noteworthy wind game back in 2022 against the New England Patriots in which New England won where Mac Jones only threw three passes due to the extremely windy conditions.
