The Buffalo Bills are set to take on the Cleveland Browns in Week 16 as they look to improve to 11-4 on the season. Additionally, they will have to hope the Baltimore Ravens can beat the New England Patriots in order for the Bills to catch New England in the AFC East standings. Ahead of Week 16, though, Buffalo found out they will be losing part of their coaching staff at season's end.

Per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Bills offensive assistant Christian Taylor will be leaving the organization at season's end to become the next offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Wyoming.

"Bills defensive assistant/offensive advisor Christian Taylor will leave the organization at the end of the season to become Wyoming's offensive coordinator and QB coach, per sources," Pelissero reports. "From coaching Josh Allen to the house that Allen built for Taylor, the onetime college QB."

Taylor played quarterback at William & Mary, the same alma mater as Bills head coach Sean McDermott and Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin. In 2008, he began his coaching career at the university as their tight ends coach before becoming the quarterbacks coach in 2009. He's had stints with San Diego State, Michigan, San Diego, and Illinois Wesleyan, as well.

Taylor joined the Bills' staff in 2024 as a defensive quality control coach. This season, he was promoted to defensive assistant and offensive advisor.
