Buffalo Bills bad day gets worse with Joey Bosa injury news image

It's been a rough 24 hours for Buffalo Bills fans. Many expected, and very badly wanted, Brandon Beane to be active and trade for a difference-maker. Whether that be Jakobi Meyers or Rashid Shaheed, the hope was that Buffalo would get a proven boundary wide receiver who could help the Bills be more dynamic downfield and improve upon their 14th-ranked passing attack. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and now the Bills get another rush of bad news.

James Cook did not practice on Monday with ankle and foot injuries, per the team. Additionally, Joey Bosa also did not practice with a wrist injury.

Bills RB James Cook (ankle/foot) and EDGE Joey Bosa (wrist) among Buffalo players who won’t practice today due to injuries," Cameron Wolfe reports. "Cook came out of game sore and banged up so sitting him today."

Bosa had a tremendous showing against the Kansas City Chiefs, totaling seven pressures on Patrick Mahomes and picking up a sack. Health is always something that fans hold their breath on when it comes to Bosa, but he has played in eight of Buffalo's nine games this season. We'll see if this is more of a precaution than anything later on in the week.
