The Buffalo Bills ended their Highmark Stadium era with a monster 35-8 win over the New York Jets.

With Josh Allen, James Cook, and a host of starters all rested, the Bills, with Mitch Trubisky going 22-of-29 for 259 yards and four touchdowns, rolled through their division rivals.

The Jets managed to go through the entire 17-game season without registering a single interception, but things got worse for Aaron Glenn's team.

Running back Ray Davis had himself a day, rushing for 151 yards on 21 carries.

Why is that significant?

Because Davis nearly doubled the Jets' entire rushing yards total (69) by himself, per Joe Buscaglia.

Yep, the dismal 2025 season for the Jets gets an exclamation mark thanks to Davis.

Bills to face Jaguars in wildcard round

It is a fascinating matchup, and with the Bills on the road, it is going to be a tough outing for Josh Allen and Co.

But the Bills have the weapons to deal with Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars, and this is perhaps Buffalo's best chance at a Super Bowl.

With no Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, and maybe, after Sunday night, Lamar Jackson in the playoffs, Allen will be the only top quarterback in the tournament.

Is this the year Buffalo finally breaks through and gets its first Super Bowl trophy?

It feels like it.
