The Buffalo Bills put up 44 points in a big back-and-forth win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with Josh Allen recording his second career game of three passing touchdowns and three rushing touchdowns - no other quarterback in the Super Bowl era has one such game.

The conversation entering the game, though, was largely centered around someone who didn't play. The Bills made Keon Coleman a healthy scratch due to missing a team meeting on Friday. This is the third time Coleman has been disciplined internally over his first two seasons in the league. One of Buffalo's leaders and top players, Dion Dawkins, was asked about Coleman's benching after the game, and gave the second-year receiver a harsh dose of reality and truth.

"Keon knows [he messed up]," Dawkins said via Lance Lysowski. "Now he’s in the hot seat, and he needs to come on and show up for us. Pats on the back are over with, and it’s time for him to grow up and he knows it."

Dawkins continued, saying the team has Coleman's back, but he needs to hold up his end of the bargain.

"Being great is hard," Dawkins said. "Pushing for greatness is hard. We’ve got his back, but the time is now."

The Bills can't afford any distractions down the stretch, especially when the player doing the distracting isn't producing on the field. Coleman has gone completely cold since Week 1, not having a game with more than four catches or 46 yards.
