Joshua Palmer is listed as doubtful on the Buffalo Bills' injury report for Week 14 with an ankle and knee injury combination.
That makes the headline that came out Saturday quite confusing.
Local television station WGRZ posted this:
"Skate with Josh Palmer set for Saturday at Canalside"
Yeah, like, ice skating.
"Bills fan will have a chance to skate with Bills wide receiver Joshua Palmer and mascot Billy Buffalo during the Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Mafia Skate at Ice at Canalside on Saturday, Dec. 6," according to WGRZ.

Palmer was scheduled to appear from 6 p.m. To 7 p.m. At the event.
In reality, Palmer probably didn't put any skates on.
But it's really weird optics.
On the one hand, you credit Palmer for getting out in the community in what is his first year in Buffalo, a season that has been quite disappointing for him.
On the other hand, it certainly looks weird on paper.
The Bills will still want Palmer to get back from injury eventually. They could use his wide receiver talent.
For now, they'll just hope he keeps his feet on the ground, rather than on ice in skates.
