The one thing the Buffalo Bills absolutely can never afford is an injury to Josh Allen, and it looked as if that is exactly what happened against the Houston Texans on Thursday night to kickoff Week 12.
The Bills were looking to keep their second drive of the game alive on third down. Allen stepped up and was winding up to throw when Texans star pass rusher Will Anderson hit him from behind and took him to the ground. Allen stayed down, kicking his feet in pain before hopping back up and going to the sideline.

We'll see if Mitch Trubisky is the guy who comes out for the next drive, but it looks as if anything serious was avoided, which is terrific news. Wide receiver Khalil Shakir is being evaluated for a concussion, which is also something to monitor.
