The Buffalo Bills were brought back down to earth by the Miami Dolphins in Week 10 with a 30-13 beatdown, bringing out a side of Josh Allen we haven't seen for a while.

Allen was captured by cameras late in the third quarter, sitting on the bench looking dejected, and in his post-game press conference, he was noticeably down as he spoke to the media.

Given we hadn't seen Josh like that for a while, it did take us by surprise, and some thought something more sinister was taking place.

But on Wednesday, during his media availability, Allen was asked about his feelings after the game and how quickly he flushed it and moved on.

"Really quickly,” Allen said. “It sucks losing, but knowing in the losses this year that we've turned the ball over, and that's pointing the thumb directly at myself. If we take care of the football and take care of what we're supposed to, we're a dang good football team.

"Making sure that we remember that and realize that turnovers are part of the game, they're going to happen, but limiting them and doing whatever we can to make sure that we're doing everything in our power to end every drive in a kick.”

Bills face "got to have it game" vs. Bucs

Given the state of the AFC East, the Bills, who are now a couple of games behind the New England Patriots, can't afford too many slip-ups if they want to maintain their dominance in the division for another year.

Plus, the Buccaneers are seen as a genuine NFC contender, and pushed the Patriots all the way in a 28-23 loss in Week 10, so this will be no easy game for Buffalo.

But, being at home and potentially with Joshua Palmer back, the Bills should be taking care of business here. However, the offense's poor performance last week raises questions, and time will tell whether Joe Brady's unit can find its groove again.

Because the last thing Bills Mafia wants to see again is a dejected Josh Allen on the sidelines late in the game.
