The NFL's hiring cycle is always a bit troublesome for teams in the playoffs.
Prominent assistant coaches are desired for hiring by other teams, and they've also got to gameplan for win-or-go-home games.
That's what's happening right now for the Buffalo Bills and offensive coordinator Joe Brady.
The Baltimore Ravens have requested to interview Brady for their head coach opening, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport indicates that the interview can take place after Buffalo takes on the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
The Ravens need a new head coach after the somewhat surprising dismissal of John Harbaugh.

Brady has been viewed as a quality offensive mind dating back to his days working with Joe Burrow at LSU.
Now, he calls the plays for an offense led by QB Josh Allen, RB James Cook, talented tight ends and underwhelming wide receivers.
It's one thing for the Bills to have to lose an offensive coordinator to an AFC rival and have to hire a new guy to replace him.
It's another thing if Brady is distracted at all during this crucial playoff run.
This isn't college football like the Lane Kiffin saga. Brady won't be leaving the Bills until their postseason is over.
But there are likely multiple things on his mind at the moment.
