The search is on for the successor to John Harbaugh for the Baltimore Ravens, and the franchise will be casting a wide net.

With interviews already underway and likely more to follow, given Lamar Jackson's standing within the organization, some think No. 8 could have a say in who replaces Harbaugh.

Raven face uncertain offseason

For a franchise that has been one of the most stable over the past decade, the stick of dynamite has been thrown into the water.

A new head coach and likely offensive coordinator will be coming into the building over the coming months.

And with that, uncertainty faces the Ravens.

No one truly knows how things will play out. Yes, they have an idea, but one thing we know in the NFL is that things rarely go smoothly. In fact, it's usually the opposite.

So, it is a whirlwind of change for the Ravens, and when everything settles down and the decisions are made, it will be hope more than anything that the franchise clings to.
