The NFL has made its ruling.
The Baltimore Ravens mishandled Lamar Jackson on the injury report in the lead up to Week 8, and they've received punishment.
The mistake stems from Jackson's Friday participation status. Jackson was initially listed as a full participant on Friday, Oct. 24.
The next day, his participation was changed to limited, and he was ruled out for the matchup with the Chicago Bears.
Jackson had only taken part with the scout team that Friday, which given his usual role as QB1, does not fall under the title of full participant.
The NFL investigated and released its ruling on Friday, Oct. 31.

What did the NFL fine the Ravens for Lamar Jackson injury violation?
The NFL chose to fine the Ravens $100,000 for the injury report violation involving Lamar Jackson.
Why did the NFL fine the Ravens $100,000?
The NFL's fine came out to $100,000, and not more, because the league determined in its investigation that the mistake was based out of negligence.
"The #Ravens fully cooperated with the investigation," wrote NFL Network's Ian Rapoport on X, "which the league determined was the result of negligence and not an attempt to gain a competitive advantage. If the investigation had determined the violation was intentional or competitive in nature, the discipline would have been more significant, including the potential loss of draft picks."
The Ravens also released a statement on the matter, informing everyone that they would not be appealing the ruling and would accept it.
