The Baltimore Ravens have wasted no time in looking for John Harbaugh's successor after the head coach was moved on after 18 years.

And the latest name the franchise has interviewed is former Washington Commanders offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury.

Having already been a head coach with the Arizona Cardinals, Kingsbury's work with Kyler Murray and Jayden Daniels makes this an interesting potential hire.

And what Kliff could do with Lamar Jackson and that Ravens offense is a tantalizing prospect.

With the Commanders being efficient in the red zone this season, and having a top run game, that seems to bode well for his chances in Baltimore.

And he might be the coach to get the best out of Lamar's next few seasons.

Ravens face huge offseason

When Harbaugh was fired, the Ravens' head coaching job instantly became one of the most sought-after positions in football.

That means the Ravens front office will have to carefully comb through candidates, and one question every candidate was likely asked was what their vision for No. 8 is.

Head coaches being play-callers is now becoming the norm, so it might make sense that whoever Baltimore hires, could be key in getting the most out of Lamar as a play-caller as well.

The Ravens won't leave any stone unturned in their head coaching search, and Kingsbury's name is certainly one to keep an eye on.
