Analyst has incredible take on Ravens claiming AFC North image

Whisper it quietly, my friends, but the Baltimore Ravens are just one game behind for the division lead after Week 10.

The 27-19 win over the Minnesota Vikings moved the Ravens to 4-5, while the Pittsburgh Steelers' loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday night dropped them to 5-4.

Oh, and Baltimore has to play the Steelers twice, too.

The Ravens, after being 1-5, are coming for that AFC North crown, and NFL analyst Rich Eisen is all aboard the Baltimore train.

"Is there any question the Ravens aren't winning this division right now?" Eisen said. "I look at the Ravens schedule, and I don't know the next time I won't be picking against them. And it may be that game against the Patriots if the Patriots keep winning, but New England's got to go to Baltimore."

Ravens' season and division hopes alive

After Week 6, the Ravens were 1-5, and any playoff talk or even division talk would have gotten you laughed out of every room you entered.

It won't now.

It is incredible that the Ravens, at 4-5, are one game out of first place in the division and the playoffs.

Granted, there is a long way to go and a small matter of five division games with Joe Burrow now off IR for the Cincinnati Bengals, with an eye on playing in a few weeks, a team Baltimore has to play twice. So, they aren't easy games now.

Still, I echo Rich's comments. Is there any doubt the Ravens will win the AFC North?

Right now, there is little doubt, because Lamar Jackson is leading the offense superbly, and the defense has picked up its form as well.

Yes, there's a lot of football left to play, but right now, everything is coming up Baltimore.
