Will Drake London return in Week 14 vs. Seahawks? Final status for Falcons star image

Atlanta Falcons fans who were hoping to see star wide receiver Drake London return to the field for the team’s Week 14 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks will be disappointed.

London has missed Atlanta’s last two games due to a PCL sprain in his knee, and his stay on the sideline will extend another week. London has been officially ruled out of the game against Seattle. So, if you have London in fantasy football, you're going to have to keep him on the bench for another week.

Drake London won't play in Week 14 vs. Bills

This news that London won't play this weekend isn't especially shocking, as he was a non-participant in practice for the Falcons all week. That typically indicates that a player won't be ready to go on gameday.

London has appeared in nine games for Atlanta this season and he’s caught 60 balls for 810 yards and six touchdowns. He should still be on pace to hit 1,000 yards for a second consecutive season, as long as he doesn’t miss too much more time with the knee injury.

If he continues to trend in the right direction, perhaps London will be able to return for Atlanta's Week 15 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football.

In addition to London, Falcons defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus was also ruled out for the game against the Seahawks with a groin injury.

The Falcons will be looking to avoid a second consecutive loss when they host the Seahawks on Sunday. Meanwhile, Seattle will be seeking a third consecutive win in order to keep pace in the super-competitive NFC West.
