Who should be Falcons' MVP for the 2025 season? image

Bijan Robinson has been the lifeblood of the Atlanta Falcons as they could count on his production week end and week out. For a team looking on the outside for the post season there haven't been very many bright spots for them. Sitting second to last in the NFC South division has them looking for more answers on where the season went wrong but he was a reliable lifeline.

That is why he should be Atlanta’s MVP for the 2025 season. He turned pressure into production and became the engine that kept this team alive when the offense needed a real star to carry it.

Robinson has carried the ball 215 times this season while picking up 1,018 yards on the ground. While also a huge threat in the passing game which made him one of the best backs in football hauling in 56 receptions for 706 yards through 13 games.

Robinson did everything the Falcons asked and then added more on top of it. The runs were explosive. The catches were clean. The yards after contact kept piling up because defenders could not bring him down with one hit. Every time Atlanta needed a play, the ball went to Robinson and the drive stayed alive.

This season showed the full version of his talent. Robinson controlled possessions with his patience and burst. He created chunk plays that shifted momentum. He gave Atlanta an identity that finally felt dangerous again. The offense worked because he worked. When he got rolling, the entire team followed.

In the four games the Falcons won this year Robinson tally over 100 all purpose yards for the game. So getting him the ball and him having a big game was always the recipe for a win.

He also became a problem for defensive coordinators. They sold out to stop him and still watched him find space. His growth as a receiver opened up everything. His presence in pass protection kept the offense stable. Robinson made the Falcons flexible and unpredictable, and he did it with a calm confidence that spread through the locker room.

In his best game of the season against the Buffalo Bills he exploded where he had over 200 yards in the game and had Atlanta looking great early in the season.

Leadership is part of value and Robinson proved he has that too. He set the tone during the week and delivered when the lights came on.

Teammates followed him because he played with purpose. Coaches trusted him because he never shrank from big moments.

No one touched Robinson’s impact on the team’s rhythm and resilience. He was the pulse of the season. He was the balance when things tilted off track.

If MVP means the player who mattered most, Robinson made the choice easy. He lifted the Falcons every time he touched the ball and gave Atlanta a foundation it can keep building on.

Bijan Robinson owned this season from start to finish and that is why he should be the Falcons’ MVP for 2025.
