The Atlanta Falcons impacted the NFC South Division race on Sunday. By winning, they set up a tiebreaker scenario that pushed the Carolina Panthers into the playoffs.

If not for the New York Jets, the Falcons could've been division champions themselves.

It's easy to do now, but there are plenty of things to look back on and second guess.

One of those? The Falcons lost to the miserable Jets.

That was on Nov. 30, a 27-24 Jets win. Nick Folk won it with a 56-yard field goal at the buzzer.

Tyrod Taylor played QB for the Jets that day and both threw a TD and ran for one.

The Falcons had just one turnover, a Jamal Agnew lost fumble, but that was enough to make the difference.

There's no telling if every result from there on out would've been the same.

But it certainly looms large. If not for the Jets beating the Falcons that day, Atlanta might be in the playoffs instead of the Panthers.
