Arch Manning hasn't done himself any favors against No. 3 Ohio State.
The Texas Longhorns quarterback has struggled to find consistency, which has caught the attention of sportsbooks around the county. Manning opened the day with odds of +700, followed by LSU's Garrett Nussmeier and Clemson's Cade Klubnik at +900 odds, and Ohio State WR Jeremiah Smith at +1100.
However, the line moved quickly after the Texas QB threw an interception to Ohio State's Jermaine Mathews late in the third quarter. Manning went from favorite to third at +1300, according to FanDuel.
That was just the start of the conversation. It appeared Manning threw another pick in the fourth quarter, which temporarily pushed his odds even further at +1600. But the play was eventually overturned and his odds moved back up.
These odds are likely to change as the college football season progresses and players' performances fluctuate, especially after the first week of games. But what a disastrous start to the 2025 season for Manning and Texas, who are in fear of getting shutout in Columbus.
