LUBBOCK, Texas — Texas Tech rolled past UCF 48–9 on Saturday, improving to 10–0 for the first time since 2008 and securing its spot atop the Big 12 standings.

The Red Raiders’ surge comes as billionaire booster Cody Campbell continues to pour significant NIL support into the program, giving Texas Tech a financial foundation comparable to some of the sport’s biggest spenders. His backing has helped fuel a season that now has the Red Raiders positioned as legitimate conference-title contenders.

According to ESPN Analytics, Texas Tech is favored to win out its remaining games. The Red Raiders will travel next to face West Virginia, entering the matchup with a projected 90.5% chance of victory. The Big 12 Championship is slated for December 6 from AT&T Stadium in Dallas.
