When the Cleveland Browns were able to find a way to take down the Green Bay Packers, it was widely regarded as one of the biggest upsets so far this NFL season.

The Browns, a major contender for a top pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, were not expected to defeat a team with Super Bowl aspirations like the Packers. But thanks to a couple of major Green Bay mistakes, Cleveland was able to score 13 unanswered points en route to a 13-10 victory.

Packers star defensive end Micah Parsons was incredibly unhappy with the result, and after the game, he held himself and his teammates accountable for their play.

Micah Parsons Calls His Penalties 'Unacceptable'

The former Penn State star had himself a solid outing, recording six pressures and drawing two holding penalties. He was also called for two offsides penalties.

"Two offsides is unacceptable for myself, for this team. Just things we shouldn't be doing, I shouldn't be doing, it's unacceptable. I fully apologize for my actions," Parsons said via Ryan Wood of USA Today.

While the former Nittany Lions' rule infractions weren't the sole reason Green Bay was unable to pull out a victory in Cleveland, Parsons, the team player he is, took responsibility for his mistakes and made sure to address them publicly.

The Packers dropped to 2-1 on the season and will now look to get their season back on track next week against the Dallas Cowboys, where all eyes will be watching for Parsons' return to Dallas.
