No. 3 Penn State and No. 6 Oregon will meet on Saturday night for the Nittany Lions' annual White Out game. Both teams will enter the game undefeated and it'll be the first big test for either program.
Penn State's White Out game always brings an electric atmosphere like no other, and this year could be the best one yet as the Nittany Lions have true national championship aspirations.
With Oregon coming in 4-0 and Penn State entering with a 3-0 record, both teams are on the list of favorites to win the national championship this year, and the crowd size for the game could break Beaver Stadium records.
Will Penn State vs. Oregon break attendance records?
Last month, Penn State athletic director Pat Kraft said the official capacity at Beaver Stadium after offseason renovations is 106,304.
However, the question this weekend is whether Penn State will break Beaver Stadium's attendance record. There's no question the Nittany Lions will fit more than 106,304 fans into the stadium.
Beaver Stadium Top 10 crowds are all over 110,000. Last year, Penn State broke the previous Beaver Stadium attendance record (110,889) in its game against Ohio State in November with 111,030 fans in attendance.
