No. 3 Penn State and No. 6 Oregon will meet on Saturday night for the Nittany Lions' annual White Out game. Both teams will enter the game undefeated and it'll be the first big test for either program.

Penn State's White Out game always brings an electric atmosphere like no other, and this year could be the best one yet as the Nittany Lions have true national championship aspirations.

With Oregon coming in 4-0 and Penn State entering with a 3-0 record, both teams are on the list of favorites to win the national championship this year, and the crowd size for the game could break Beaver Stadium records.

Will Penn State vs. Oregon break attendance records?

Last month, Penn State athletic director Pat Kraft said the official capacity at Beaver Stadium after offseason renovations is 106,304.

However, the question this weekend is whether Penn State will break Beaver Stadium's attendance record. There's no question the Nittany Lions will fit more than 106,304 fans into the stadium.

Beaver Stadium Top 10 crowds are all over 110,000. Last year, Penn State broke the previous Beaver Stadium attendance record (110,889) in its game against Ohio State in November with 111,030 fans in attendance.

According to Penn State athletics, here are the Nittany Lions Top 10 Beaver Stadium crowds of all time:

1: Ohio State 20, Penn State 13; Nov. 2, 2024 – 111,030.

2: Ohio State 27, Penn State 26; Sept. 29, 2018 – 110,889.

3: Michigan 24, Penn State 15; Nov. 11, 2023 – 110,856.

4: Penn State 31, Iowa 0; Sept. 23, 2023 – 110,830.

5: Penn State 42, Michigan 13; Oct. 21, 2017 – 110,823.

6: Penn State 40, Nebraska 7; Sept. 14, 2002 – 110,753.

7: Penn State 38, West Virginia 15; Sept. 2, 2023 – 110,747.

8: Penn State 28, Michigan 21; Oct. 19, 2019 – 110,669.

9: Penn State 35, Washington 6; Nov. 9, 2024 – 110,233.

10: Ohio State 37, Penn State 17; Oct. 27, 2007 – 110, 134.

With three of the top four attendance records coming in the last two years, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Penn State break the Beaver Stadium attendance record on Saturday against Oregon.

Coach James Franklin also challenged fans to make it "an environment like no one has ever seen" against Oregon.

Finally, as if there wasn't enough happening on Saturday night, Penn State announced the game will be the 18th full-stadium White Out and just the second between two AP Top-10 teams.

Penn State has one of the best atmosphere's in college football at Beaver Stadium and it surely won't disappoint on Saturday night. Only time will tell if the Nittany Lions can break the attendance record in the process.
