Back in 2023, head coach Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks were ready to welcome the No. 2 wide receiver in the recruiting class, Jurrion Dickey from Menlo-Atherton High School in California.
Standing at 6-foot-3, 210 pounds, Dickey was in line for great success for the Ducks, but things haven't gone as planned.
Head coach Lanning originally suspended the third-year receiver on Aug. 12, but after further reports were released, it looks like the receiver is no longer with the team.

Jurrion Dickey no longer at Oregon, transfers to JuCo school
In two seasons for the Ducks, Jurrion Dickey was able to contribute two catches for 14 total yards. It seems that his career at Oregon is over, and he will continue his football career at Diablo Valley College, a junior college in Contra Costa County, California.
According to Grant Grubbs of On3 Sports, he transferred to the college, and they have the 2023 top recruit listed on their roster.
Head coach Dan Lanning suspended the now redshirt sophomore from Oregon's program. This seemed to fuel Dickey to move on to other endeavors.
"We’ve got two team rules: be respectful and be on time. There are some pieces of that where I felt like he needed a break from us, and we needed a break from him, so we can focus on what’s in front of us right now. Wishing him nothing but the best as far as success, and I want to see him get back to where he could be a contributor," Lanning said, according to Grant Grubbs.
It's a disappointing end to Dickey's career at Oregon, and he will look to turn his career around while starting at a new school.
