After the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Week 4 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the team was given some unfortunate news on starting running back Bucky Irving.

Irving had the best game of the season so far, finishing with 63 rushing yards and 15 attempts, 102 receiving yards on five catches, a touchdown, and a fumble lost in the.

Unfortunately, the breakout game came with a cost. Throughout the week, it was seen that Irving was in a walking boot and picked up another injury to his shoulder later in the week.

Bucky Irving ruled out for Week 5 against the Seahawks

Fans have been waiting to see what the final injury designation would be on the second-year running back from Oregon. On Friday, NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that the Buccaneers have officially ruled out Irving for Week 5.

Tampa Bay will likely lean on running backs Rachaad White and Sean Tucker to help fill the void that Bucky Irving is leaving.

Not only this, but Tampa Bay will be without standout wide receiver Mike Evans while he continues to recover from a hamstring injury, as well as cornerbacks Benjamin Morrison, Jamel Dean, and safety Christian Izien.
