Jeremiah Smith's Heisman voting place revealed for Ohio State Buckeyes' superstar WR image

The Ohio State Buckeyes have a Heisman Trophy finalist, and that's quarterback Julian Sayin.

He's not the only OSU player to get into the top-10 of the voting, though. Superstar wide receiver Jeremiah Smith is there, too.

The Heisman committee released the fifth through tenth finishers in the voting ahead of the final four ceremony on Saturday in New York City.

Sayin is joined in the final four by Fernando Mendoza, Diego Pavia and Jeremiyah Love.

Smith ended up sixth in the voting.

This is how the 5-10 spots looked:

5. Jacob Rodriguez

6. Jeremiah Smith

7. Gunner Stockton

8. Trinidad Chambliss

9. Caleb Downs

10. Haynes King.

Smith is the only WR to place in the top-10.

He missed a bit of time with injury, but he was also widely acknowledged as the single best wideout in the country.

And here's the scary part: Smith and Sayin will both be back next season for the Buckeyes.

Sayin isn't expected to place first this year. Maybe next season, one of the two Buckeyes can win the trophy for themselves.
