The Athletic reports that Hudson was "instrumental" in the cancellation of a planned HBO "Hard Knocks" series focused on UNC football.
The report alleges that Hudson referred to herself as the chief operating officer of Belichick Productions in a December 2024 email, though no company registered under that name has been found.
Later in the day, Belichick issues a statement on the interview, sharing that the interview was meant to only cover his forthcoming memoir and that Hudson's interjection was misrepresented.
"The final eight-minute segment...presents selectively edited clips and stills from just a few minutes of the interview to suggest a false narrative — that Jordon was attempting to control the conversation — which is simply not true."
