The 2025 football season has not gone as planned for South Carolina or Clemson, but the sight of their main rival on the opposite side of the field Saturday will get the juices flowing nonetheless.
While Clemson (6-5) knows its season will continue after a late surge to become bowl-eligible, the Gamecocks (4-7) are playing for pride after a midseason swoon saw them lose seven of eight games capped by a historic collapse against Texas A&M.
Shane Beamer's team won't go quietly into the offseason, though. They upset the Tigers last year when both teams were ranked in the top 20 and would love nothing more than to go out with a victory against the team their fans despise the most.
