The 91st Heisman Trophy recipient will be revealed on Saturday evening, with Fernando Mendoza, Julian Sayin, Diego Pavia and Jeremiyah Love vying for the prestigious honor.
Love is the lone candidate who is not a QB. Quarterbacks were named the Heisman Trophy winner for three straight years until two-way player Travis Hunter ended the streak in 2024.
Indiana’s Mendoza is the rumored favorite, but if Love pulls it off, he’d be the first running back to be awarded the Heisman since Derrick Henry in 2015.
